EPCS Schedule Released; 2018 Debut

Ten-race Electric GT schedule announced for November debut…

Electric GT Holdings Inc. has announced a ten-race schedule for the inaugural season of its Electric Production Car Series, getting underway in November.

The series will hold ten rounds between November 2018 and October 2019 across western Europe with races in Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Portugal.

The main EPCS races will be supported by eKarting Series and eSports Series events.

Prior to the season-opener at Jerez, all competing teams will take to the track at the Electric GT base at Pau E-Circuit for a pre-season practice round.

The event, conducted on Oct. 26-27, will be held behind closed doors.

“This is a very exciting day for all of us who have worked so hard behind the scenes to prepare for our inaugural season,” commented Electric GT CEO Mark Gemmell.

“Without a doubt, we have secured some of the most exciting European tracks for our first season of the Electric Production Car Series and this gives us a great platform to further expand the championship.

“We have received a great deal of interest from circuits around the world excited by the possibilities that electric racing brings.

“We’ve got lots more news to come very soon. I am stoked about the future, and we are all looking forward to bringing elbows-out electric racing action to fans around the world.”

Oct 26-27 – Pau Arnos (pre-season test race)
Nov. 3-4 – Jerez
Feb./Mar. – Paul Ricard
May – TBA
June 29 – Nürburgring
July 20-21 – Assen
Sept. – Silverstone
Sept. – TBA
Oct. 12-13 – Portimao
